The national girls competitive season got off to a flying start in November. Tour selection is the first opportunity to try out all the new skills and routines the girls have been working on since last season ended!
Twins Sydney and Taylor Davison competed well and are looking to make their mark in the National Novice Category this year. Both girls qualified to move on to Elite Canada coming up December 10th!

Nikki Paterson had a great competition and finished 1st all around in the National Open category. In her first competition back after a long absense due to injury, Melissa Dowling captured 5th spot. Both girls will represent Team Ontario at the Chicago Style meet in February.
First year Juniors Jordyn Pedersen, Elise Bolger and Mariana Colussi-Pelaez finish 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
Oakville had 5 senior athletes compete at Tour Selection. Most notably Christine Lee in her much anticipated return to competition. Sylvia Colussi-Pelaez, Mikaela Gerber, Sabrina Gill, and Krishna Yemeny all competed senior for the first time!!! Sylvia captured the silver medal in the all around; Sabrina the bronze; Mikaeka 4th place; Christine 6th and Krishna 7th.
