Japan Junior Cup

Results for the Japan Junior Cup.  Seems like Jordyn might have had a bit of trouble on Bars.  She will get another chance in event finals.  My understanding that the top two from each country will be in event finals!  Send all your good vibes her way!!!!

It's confirmed!  Silvia Colussi Paleaz has been named to the Spain National Team for World Championships in Tokyo.  Congrats!!!!

Mik and Peng leave for Worlds Camp

Mikaela Gerber and Peng Peng Lee left today for a week long training camp in Vancouver.  They will travel to Japan for World Championships directly form there! Heading to her first Worlds as a coach is Sue Manjak.  Both the girls and Sue are looking forward to doing everything they can to help Team Canada in their quest to qualify a team for the 2012 Olympics.  We wish all the girls on Team Canada the very best of luck!!!  Photos/videos/results will be posted here as they become available!!

Silvia shines as Spain take the gold again!!

Silvia Colussi Palaez scored a 14 to place 3rd in the uneven bars!  She was also 4th on vault, 6th on beam and 5th All Around!!!  Spain beat Italy by nearly 5 full points!!  Now we will wait and see if Silvia has done enough to grab a spot on the Spanish National team!!!
